Our Values

We have a fantastic culture and fitting that is our primary concern.

  • Fiduciary – We operate in the best interest of our clients, always.
  • Team – We support and exhort each other to be our best, while having fun.
  • Ownership – We take responsibility for our wins and our mistakes.
  • Kaizen – We are always growing and continuously improving.

Our Vision

Empower 1,000 Families to Optimize Their Money Across Their Lives.

We are achieving this by attracting ideal clients who value Fiduciary Financial Planning, rather than chasing unqualified prospects to buy suitable financial products.

The Role – Financial Planner, NOT Family Prospector

There is NO PROSPECTING, NO SALES, no business development, or marketing in this role. We want a competent CFP® who wants to do what they are trained to do: plan people’s finances to help them retire successfully, save takes, invest wisely, and create a legacy.

The Work – Planning for Clients, not Seeking for Prospects

You will not do any prospecting, call any leads, or try to convert prospects to clients. You will work directly with the firm’s CEO, Freeman Linde, CFP®, EA, on his clients. This is not just a relationship manager or client service associate role. You will do real planning and be expected to use your expertise to make recommendations and solve complex problems. You will correspond with clients via email, phone, Zoom, and Zoom Clips, and join client meetings. You will be working with clients who have $500,000 to $10,000,000 in assets with Freeman.

The Service – Financial Strategies, Not Products

We are the only NAPFA-registered Fee-Only Firm in the Coulee Region. We don’t sell insurance or products. We provide strategies and insights that turn clients into raving fans. Tired of selling whole life insurance and annuities? Come do real planning, learn how to sell yourself, and then deliver on that sale with real strategies and results.

Duties

  • Develop personalized financial plans that encompass investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and cash flow management.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced financial software tools such as eMoney, ProConnect Tax Advisor, and more, to assess clients’ current financial status and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and estate law, ensuring their assets are protected and aligned with their wishes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial concepts, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate guidance.
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer relationship management practices, ensuring ongoing support and trust.
  • Learn and provide real tax planning strategies to the mass affluent.

  • Certified Financial Planner™ designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial services or asset management with a focus on comprehensive financial planning.
  • Strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and investment management.

  • Your starting pay will be higher if you have your own qualifying clients to bring, but this is not expected.
